**Overview**:
Our growing Maintenance function and team is located by our Corporate Office at Toronto Pearson Airport where we operate out of three hangars in addition to our two Fixed Based Operation (FBO) locations in Kitchener/Waterloo and Simcoe. We continue to scale our operations to meet the needs of our current and growing customer base. Our employees have the opportunity to work on a variety of different aircraft performing a wide array of tasks.

**What you will do**:

- Inspect, maintain, repair, and test aircraft systems
- Remove and replace line replaceable units and components
- Aircraft movements and towing
- Carry out ramp duties as required
- Maintain tools and equipment required to perform primary duties
- Complete Apprentice related duties as directed
- Conduct flight line servicing operations
- Support Licensed AMEs
- Conduct workplace inspections and clean ups
- Maintain Ground equipment

**What you bring**:

- Must possess a Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Diploma (or equivalence)
- A highly self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and quality service skills
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Professional, ethical, and committed to safety and excellence
- Solid, effective oral and written communication skills
- Proven experience as a collaborator and strong desire to build trust and relationships
- Knowledge of aerospace design and maintenance practices
- Must be able to lift 100lbs. Working at heights. Ability to climb, and work in tight/confined spaces. Standing on feet, limited sitting through shifts except for breaks.
- Must qualify for a RAIC and AVOP passes
- Must possess a valid Ontario G class driver’s license with a clean driver abstract
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends and conduct shift-work based on workload schedules sometimes with short notice
- Occasional travel may be required
