Overview:
Role:
- Send notification to client and communicate with insurer and adjusters as required
- Monitor initial reserve, payouts and claim status as required
- Monitor and update claims policy system with required status updates, review cheque status or cancellation and provide updates as required to management
- Track claims reserves, open to close ratios, and claims cycle times for service monitoring
- Prepare letters of experience and claims experience letters
- Maintain claims-related documentation in appropriate file
- Assess estimate requirements, update and closure requests
- Review and complete daily reports, as required
- Address concerns and/or issues quickly and effectively
**Skills**:
- Minimum one year of claims or adjusting experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Competency using Microsoft Office products
- Strong work ethic, goal oriented
- Collaborative team player
- Detail oriented
- Receptive to and welcomes coaching
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
