- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members

- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Maintain project files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct research and gather data to support project activities
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting

- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Proficiency in using (MS Share Point ) for document creation and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy
- Data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working at a front desk or reception area is beneficial

**Salary**: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
