Siegwerk in **Terrebonne, Quebec** is looking for an Ink Blender to join our team As an Ink Blender you will perform a broad range of technical tasks pertaining to daily ink room management and operation under the direction of the Ink Room Manager.

**_The shift worked will be Monday-Friday_**. **_However, availability to work other shifts as determined by the manager is required._**

**Responsibilities**
- Assists customer with ink room operations.
- Coordinates job set up for presses.
- Formulates and blends inks as required.
- Maintains inventory control standards.
- Organizes inks for press runs.
- Returns inks from press to appropriate area.
- Performs press-side color matching.
- Operates color computer.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with the French language
- Experience working with solvent ink is strongly preferred.
- Color matching ability and knowledge of inks and films preferred.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills; as well as a demonstrated initiative in problem solving/troubleshooting required.
- Knowledge of basic computer operating and a good working knowledge of IMS.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence
