IT Systems Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise solutions and consultations in the areas of ERP (Odoo Gold Partner), Digital Transformation, and Management, is seeking a talented and experienced Odoo Software Suit presales to join our esteemed team. **Responsibilities**:

- Analyze client business processes, objectives, and requirements to determine the most suitable Odoo solutions.
- Conduct in-depth discussions and meetings with clients to understand their needs, problems, and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate Odoo solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their industry-specific needs and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to assess product suitability and ensure accurate service delivery expectations.
- Configure and customize Odoo various modules to match clients' business processes and requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients regarding best practices, system integrations, and process optimization.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on Odoo solutions functionality and usage.
- Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, functionalities, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Odoo ERP Consultant.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Odoo ERP modules and configurations.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Odoo ERP solutions for clients.
- Excellent understanding of business processes, accounting principles, and industry-specific requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate client needs into effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in written and spoken english.
