The Bilingual Greenhouse Foreman (Night Shift) will work closely with the Planning Department, Account Managers, Growing Team, and fellow Team Leaders to plan, schedule and ensure the execution of required tasks according to the plant lifecycle.

**Job Duties**
- Be on safety watch; be the go-to person for handling and assisting with emergencies (First Aid Training will be provided).
- Help, assist, participate and oversee the shipping team during shipping activities.
- Generate and send reports for orders shipped.
- Double-check all loads for errors: Report to the shipping team to be fixed in real-time.
- Take before and after pictures of the plants from each customer for the report.
- Take and record average water weights from each load.
- Wrap and follow the pre-load schedule; if necessary, “Follow All Protocols.”
- Handling American paperwork For USA shipping (ability to communicate in English required)
- Communicate with drivers and other areas.
- Ensure everything is ready for the external Shipping Team.
- Help with outgoing shipping until the shift ends (this includes helping with breaks).
- Cover other areas when necessary.
- Oversee and organize teams.
- Ensure biosecurity protocols are followed, and machinery and workplaces are properly cleaned and disinfected after each use.
- Be a point of contact for moving workers from task to task as required.
- When required, calculate and post Wet Bulb Globe recordings.
- Other duties as required.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
