Pool Opener

Reporting to the Service Manager, Pool Opening Crews will perform a variety of important and time-sensitive jobs to provide an outstanding level of service to our customers. These services include pool openings, weekly maintenance, service calls, installations and product deliveries. Accuracy and attention to detail are required in documenting all products or services employed for installations and service calls. This extends to weekly inventory tracking and management.
- Members of the Pool Opening Crew must be physically fit, able to perform heavy lifting and capable of working in all weather conditions. This is a seasonal position, usually of six to eight weeks' duration, and running from mid-late April until early-mid June. School schedules can be accommodated.
- Demonstrates the desire and ability to ensure a positive customer experience in providing technical service and support
- Correctly readies all tools, equipment, and products as defined on job sheets
- Accurately manages and records all products used during installations or service calls, including the tracking of service vehicle inventory and tools and equipment used on each job
- Completes a weekly inventory tracking sheet
- Must be adaptable to changing service requirements and schedules
- Multi-tasks effectively as may be required from time to time to meet customer expectations
