We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our **Abbotsford, BC Dealership - Travelhome RV** as a Appointment Coordinator. **This is a Full Time, Regular** **position.

The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for the timely pickup of all incoming calls, making appointments efficiently and providing support to the Service Department as required. This position works closely with the Service Manager and all Service Writers.

**JOB DUTIES**
- The timely pickup of all incoming calls
- Making appointments efficiently
- Providing support to the Service Department as required
- Inputting clear and concise notes in work orders
- Responsible for efficient and knowledgeable appointment scheduling, appointment confirmation phone calls and updating the database with appointment cancellations
- Meet with customers to discuss potential repair, or to explain the work that has been completed
- Distribute messages to the appropriate staff member (as required)
- Contact customers with next day appointment reminders
- Balancing the Service Department’s appointment calendar by working with the Tower Operators and Service Writers
- Creating and updating customer IDS electronic profiles (Address, phone number, E-mail, etc.)
- Taking service retail payments and balancing the Service Department Cash Float
- Uploading, funding and managing cash card program
- Daily accounting cash out of revenue received (Batch Out
- Maintaining the lot vehicles database/calendar
- Maintaining all filing systems
- Other administration duties as required
- Any other items, as directed by the Service Manager

**REQUIREMENTS**
- High School Education
- Communication skills both verbal and written
- Solid organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to multitask
