**Job Summary**
Delco is growing We are currently looking to fill the **Panel Technician** position in our Saskatoon manufacturing facility.

**Responsibilities**
- Complete control panel assembly as per specifications and within hourly budgets.
- Follow control panel assembly procedures.
- Correct and report any deficiencies that are discovered.
- Panel layouts of duct, rail, terminals and control equipment as required.
- Drilling, taping, cutting and fastening of devices to metal plates.
- Physical labour such as heavy lifting.
- Documentation of “As Built” changes to panel design.
- Review and interpretation of electrical drawings.
- Assistance with shipping and receiving duties which may include forklift operation.
- Packaging and unpacking of material.
- Document control and writing of reports.
- Review and be aware of CSA panel assembly requirements.
- Participation in and compliance with the company Health and Safety Program.
- Compliance with regulatory authorities such as the Canadian Electrical Code and CSA.
- General housekeeping of work area.
- Use of Delco Nucleus time sheet module (training provided).
- Flexibility in working hours required: standard hours are 7:30 am-4:00 pm Monday to Friday; however, occasional after-hours and weekend work is required by customers.
**Required**
- Computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong organizational, writing and planning skills
- Strong troubleshooting and cause analysis skills
- Strong knowledge of CEC and CSA requirements
**Desired**
- Familiarity with and experience troubleshooting and set up of the following equipment: VFDs, DC Drives, PLCs, Relay Logic, UPS System

Delco Automation is a single source of technical expertise in the combination of process control, SCADA, DCS, PLC, information systems, instrumentation, measurement, telecommunication systems, and control centres. Delco Automation performs feasibility and planning studies, followed by detailed design, manufacturing, procurement, integration, training, and commissioning for new builds and retrofits.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
