We bridge the gap between youth and their local nature via our outdoor summer camps that run in four Metro Vancouver Regional Parks. Since 2000, we have been instilling a lifelong love of nature in youth through hands-on, life-changing outdoor experiences. Our motto of “For Youth, By Youth” is built into all facets of our organization.

**Role Description (s)**

**Qualifications**
- Experience working with children and youth in a camp or outdoor education setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse individuals
- Passion for the outdoors and the ability to lead outdoor activities
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain certification prior to employment)
- Knowledge of environmental education and sustainability principles is a plus
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts or challenges that may arise during camp activities
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing camp schedules and environments
