Northwest Fencing is looking for reliable and motivated Yard Manager able to work as part of a crew. Having the ability to pay attention to detail, take direction and follow through accordingly. Completing jobs in a timely and professional manner. Gathering construction materials to fill job orders. Loading material unto a trailer and delivering them to job sites. Maintain a clean and orderly yard. Experience operating a forklift is an asset. Must have a valid driver's license, and able to haul a trailer.

Duties Include:

- Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment like a forklift
- Perform other material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in a warehouse, tool room, and yard
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods
- Maintain internal computerized record-keeping systems
- Operate trucks to transport materials to and from transportation vehicles to store and retrieve materials in warehouses
- May perform other activities, such as opening containers and crates, filling warehouse orders, assisting in taking inventory and weighing and checking materials

Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
