L’occasion:
Nos chefs de boutiques sont à la tête de l’équipe de direction sur le terrain. Ils ont une excellente connaissance du commerce de détail et de la clientèle et ils sont des ambassadeurs de la marque dévoués qui adorent tisser des liens avec nos clients. En tant que chef de boutique, vous aurez l’occasion de perfectionner des associés talentueux, d’offrir une expérience uniforme et exceptionnelle à la clientèle et d’avoir une incidence positive sur la croissance de l’entreprise. Pour ce faire, vous devrez:
- Diriger avec curiosité et humilité
- Accompagner et perfectionner des équipes diverses au rendement élevé pour aujourd’hui et demain
- Atteindre les résultats d’affaires grâce à l’analyse et à l’action
- Engendrer l’excellence de l’exploitation
- Influencer et inspirer votre équipe et l’entreprise

**Qualifications**:
Ce que vous apporterez à l’équipe:
- 5 ans ou plus d’expérience pertinente de service à la clientèle dans un environnement effervescent et en constante évolution.
- 2 ans ou plus d’expérience à diriger des équipes dans un environnement axé sur la vente et la clientèle ainsi qu’une réputation éprouvée pour favoriser la réussite.
