**Position Summary**:
The coordinator will report to the Director of Health and Safety and will work closely with a multi-faceted team in the field to ensure standards that meet the various provincial and municipal government health and safety standards across Canada in our branches.

**The main tasks will be**:

- Conduct inspections and audits in our restaurants / quick service
- Explain the non-conformities found to our franchisees
- Work in close collaboration with the operational teams of our different banners
- Provide training to our franchisees and their staff as well as to our banner supervisors
- Follow up on our various Health and Safety platforms
- Schedule planning, meetings and management of schedules on a daily basis
- Develop and export the Health & Safety program from the central office (Montreal) to other Canadian provinces
- Develop a partnership/contact with the various Ministries of Public Health in Ontario and other Canadian provinces
- Protect our public image with high standards of hygiene and sanitation

**Requirements and condition**:

- Study in food safety and/or dietetics or microbiology. Any experience in food quality management, food service management and restaurant operations will be considered.
- Minimum of one-year relevant experience in the franchise industry
- Possess a valid driver's license and a car
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Little travel required
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required
