Asphalt Labourer

Bell Paving (a division of Town & Country Lawn Maintenance) is a residential and commercial paving company based out of Bailieboro, ON. We are looking to hire Asphalt Labours who are energetic and hard working to join our team.

**Qualifications**
- Must have 1-3 years experience in the Paving/Construction industries
- A valid "G" license with a clean abstract is required as well as your own reliable transportation as there is no public transportation to our location
- Must be reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Able to work well with all team members and communicate effectively
- Ability to work in all weather conditions

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Participate in daily safety meeting
- Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with all rules and sompany standards
- Tasks to be performed are as follows but not exclusive: Tamping, Shoveling, and shoeing.
- Assisting with traffic control
- Helping team with jobsite clean up

We offer a starting rate of $18-$22 per hour depending on experience. Opportunity for physical work in an outdoor environment. There is the option for year round work for the right individuals.

Monday - Friday, with typical days being 10-12 hours. Occasional evening and weekends depending on work load.
