**Preferred**: Preference will be given to applicants with experience working on a Helpdesk in an educational environment and with industry certifications. Knowledge of educational software and technology, as well as Microsoft Office365 are an asset. Knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems as well as Apple OS X and iOS is preferred. Experience supporting online and videoconferencing, telephony and smartphone repair would be an asset. Technology related experience specific to the education sector including familiarity with hardware and software used for special education would be an asset.

Participation in the OMERS Pension Plan is mandatory for all full-time permanent employees,
