**The Job**:
Are you our next Runner? Reporting to the Outlet Store Manager, we are looking for service-driven, team-oriented individual to move Boats (bins) of merchandise into the store for sale and to recycling areas for processing.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Moving filled Boats (bins) into the Outlet Store as per the assigned schedule, moving the outgoing Boats (bins) to specified locations for recycling processing.
- Assisting the Store Donation Attendants with furniture donations and sales.
- Ensuring the rotation schedule is maintained.
- Maintaining the scheduling board accurately.
- Recording and reporting statistical data as required by the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Outlet Store Manager.
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

**What you bring to the table**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an asset.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- You deliver amazing customer service by going above and beyond for all Goodwill customers.
- You demonstrate teamwork and engage fellow Team Members in contributing to Goodwill’s mission & core purpose.
- You have an open and honest attitude while making moral decisions.
- You recognize the great efforts of fellow Team Members through genuine recognition activities.
- You contribute to a welcoming & accepting work environment by showing respect at all times.
- You hold yourself and fellow Team Members accountable in their roles and for their contributions to Goodwill’s mission & core purpose.
- You continuously look to improve yourself and the organization in any aspect including but not limited to processes, communications, tasks and customer experience.
