As part of the parts team,
**Service Manager **is responsible for the effective management of all aspects of the Service Department which ensures customer satisfaction and maximum profitability.

**So, what does a Service Manager do?**
- Schedule, manage and maintain technicians to maximize efficiency while minimizing overhead
- Generate and promote service business through direct calls, targeted advertising, and Mazergroup preventative maintenance programs
- Work with customers and technicians to explain repairs and expenses, resolve complaints and offer value-added and/or preventative maintenance services
- Create, maintain, track and close service work orders for such things as new equipment assembly, pre-delivery inspections, customers repairs, installations, etc. on various manual and electronic systems
- Meet and exceed department budget and targets
- Co-Chair for Health and Safety Committee for dealership and always promoting a highly safety-conscious environment
