**The Role**:
Global Veterinary Careers is working with a forward-thinking hospital in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario that is looking to expand its team with a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join the hospital team. This new exciting role will suit either a recent graduate or those that are looking to take the next step in their career.

**To be considered for this position, you must have the following**:

- DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA accredited university
- NAVLE
- ECFVG or PAVE if attended non-AVMA accredited university
- DEA, State, and USDA licenses (can be acquired when hired)
- Proficient general medicine, dental, and surgical experience
- Good characteristics including strong leadership skills, compassion, excellent communication, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
