**Full Job Description**

Are you committed to both athletics and business excellence?

Ancaster Sports Centre (ASC) is looking for an outstanding individual to be our league co-ordinator, responsible for:

- League booking, incl. ensuring eligibility requirements, collecting league dues, conflict resolution, and accounts receivable on outstanding balances
- Field rental booking, incl. field rentals, collecting fees, efficient scheduling to maximize rental revenue, and conflict resolution
- Client engagement, incl. executing marketing initiatives, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, and recording any feedback or concerns to help improve ASC as a going concern
- Staff management, incl. booking part-time staff, arranging and booking referees and coaches, and ensuring timely payment of wages and other renumeration through accurate records of times/games worked

You will have at least a G2 Driver’s License, have ready access to transportation, available to work evenings and weekends, and have the capacity to be on-call for after hours emergencies that may arise.

SALARY: $40,000
