Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez à:

- Être responsable du processus de facturation de la garantie;
- Préparer les réclamations de garantie et de soumettre les réclamations en respectant les délais;
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers des travaux en cours (WIP) selon les normes de l'entreprise;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.

Profil recherché:

- Expérience à titre de préposé.e aux réclamations ou à un poste similaire;
- Expérience avec HYUNDAI (un atout);
- Autonome et organisé;
- Souci du détail.

Hyundai West Island offre un salaire supérieur à la moyenne, nous versons une contribution au REER et l'horaire du vendredi se termine à midi.

As part of your duties, you will:

- Be responsible for the warranty billing process;
- Prepare warranty claims and submit claims on time;
- Follow up on work-in-progress (WIP) files in accordance with company standards;
- Perform any other related tasks.

**Profile**:

- Experience as a Claims Clerk or in a similar position;
- Experience with HYUNDAI (an asset);
- Autonomous and organized;
- Attention to detail.
