- Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Take accurate measurements of customers' eyes and facial features with a team to back you up along the way
- Provide recommendations on lens options, frames, and lens coatings based on customer's needs and preferences
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed
- Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of eyewear
- Maintain inventory of eyewear frames, lenses, and accessories
- Keep the optical area clean and organized, again, with lots of support from your new, friendly, experienced team.
- An understanding of dispensing eyewear and conducting the initial adjustments

- Previous experience in a retail or optical setting is preferred
- Knowledge of optical products, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to eye care
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in using optical equipment and tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
