Join our team We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Line Workers to contribute to the efficient assembling of our products. As an Assembly Line Worker, you will play a crucial role in assembling components, ensuring a quality product, and maintaining a smooth workflow on the production line.
No assembly experience required - we will train.
These are full time positions with benefits including dental care, medical insurance and an RRSP match pension plan.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Component Assembly**: Perform tasks related to the assembly of components, parts, and materials according to established production procedures and guidelines.
- **Operate Machinery**: Safely operate assembly process machinery and tools while always adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- **Quality Control**:Inspect parts for defects, discrepancies or quality issues and communicate all issues to quality assurance and leadership.
- **Workflow Efficiency**: Maintain a steady workflow, work pace, and collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of production targets.
- **Documentation**: Record basic production data, including quantities produced, defects found, and any other relevant information, to facilitate tracking and reporting.
- **Maintenance**: Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and organized production environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with fellow assembly line workers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, process inefficiencies, or safety concerns to supervisors, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Ability to follow standardized work instructions to ensure correct build to print.
- Ability to use power tools safely and properly.
- Communication skills.
- Hand-eye coordination.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Ability to reliably commute to Woodlands, MB.

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
