AroundHi Solutions is a leading provider of IT and HR consulting services, specializing in AWS Consulting, DevOps Solutions, and data migration projects. Currently, we are seeking dynamic sales professionals to join our team and drive sales in the AWS and DevOps consulting space.

**About this role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in AWS Consulting through cold calling, networking, and field sales activities.
- Generate leads and nurture relationships with potential clients in the AWS and DevOps space.
- Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions for AWS Consulting, DevOps implementation, and data migration projects.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities in DevOps Consulting and data migration projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to drive sales growth in AWS and DevOps consulting services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in selling AWS Consulting services and generating leads for DevOps projects.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software, preferably HubSpot, for managing sales activities and tracking leads.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers and build rapport.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets in AWS Consulting and DevOps implementation projects.
- Experience in telemarketing or cold calling within the IT consulting sector is highly desirable.

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- HR/IT Business development: 5 years (preferred)
