**JOB DUTIES**:

- Visiting potential clients (such as property managers, commercial businesses, realtors, independent hotel and motel owners, and other types of businesses)
- Answering questions from, and providing information to, customers about our company, our products, and our services
- Building client relationships
- Networking regularly, and working effectively with, other store employees
- Creatively pursuing new leads on your own
- Host presentations and lunch & learn events with clients showcasing Pravada products and services.
- Present, promote our flooring products to Architects, designers, end users, general contractors.
- Completing takeoffs and submitting bids for projects
- Managing the projects that are won from beginning to end
- Negotiating contracts
- Attend trade shows and industry events, including professional associations and conferences
- Develop new business and continue to follow up with existing customer base, set up appointments.
- Executing marketing programs
- Building a book of business that continually grows because of your follow-up and client management abilities
- Research, establish and maintain network relationships with designers, architects, builders, and developers

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Dependable/Reliable/Adaptable with excellent Judgement.
- Professionalism, highly productive, ability to learn quickly.
- Computer and Microsoft Office proficient.
- Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking in client/project meetings.
- Self-managed and highly motivated.
