**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for assisting clients with either personal care or home management tasks
- This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
- Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

**Qualifications**
- Minimum age requirements is 18 years
- Certification, if required by state licensure as a CAT or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the idea is to provide care
- Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach

**Skill Requirements**
- Must be mature and able to deal effectively with the demands of a home health aide position
- Able to read, write, and carry out directions promptly and accurately.

**Salary**: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
