Manager Low Voltage

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Chief Design Officer, you will lead a core team of designers and technicians to create new products ranging from electric
bikes to electric scooters and totally new architectures in the world of mobility;
Providing design leadership, inspiring, and stimulating the team to create new innovative product architectures addressing new markets for BRP.

You will be invited to sit in this new unit’s management committee to grasp all aspects related to commercializing such new products.

You will work in a consumer centric triad comprised of engineering, product strategy and design & innovation.

You will also interact with other complementary units in D&I such as HMI & Ergo, CMF, Accessories and Advanced groups.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Industrial or Transportation / Design

10+ years of pertinent experience

Business savvy

Leadership experience

Outstanding design sense, and well organized

Excellent communication skills

Strong understanding of current industry trends (open minded).

Bilingual / Proficient in English and French.

Riding skills

This position is based in the province of Quebec.
