**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Tracking and maintenance of inventory levels of all assigned lumber commodity products, across multiple branch locations
- Communicating with vendors to maintain a grasp on the status of the lumber commodity market
- Coordinating possible transfers between facilities
- Communicating with branch managers about their inventory levels
- Working with sales management to quote projects
- Creating purchase orders, updating ETAs when orders have been confirmed and shipped, and reviewing invoices.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years of experience
- Basic understanding of Inventory Management, Supply-Chain and Accounting
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Aptitude for problem solving
- The ability to work accurately with attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Ability to effectively present information to top management
- Ability to negotiate with internal and external sources, knowledge of software programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Detail orientated with disciplined work habits
