Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

Hours of Work: Full-time
**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide supervision to Behaviour Technicians as per the requirements of the BACB.
2. Provide Fieldwork Supervision for Behaviour Clinicians working towards certification with the BACB.
3. Provide consultation services using the consultative process with Behaviour Clinicians.
4. Assist the Clinical Director with ensuring all policies, procedures, and SOPs are being followed.
5. Provide training to Behaviour Clinicians and Technicians using _Behavior Skills Training _(BST).
6. Assist and provide consultation to Behaviour Clinician with the _Practical Behavior Assessment _(PBA), _Personalised Treatment Plans _(PTP) and all programming and protocols.
7. Monitor case/client progress using established quarterly tracking systems.
8. Attend weekly clinical team meetings.
9. Attend other meetings as needed.
**Qualifications**:
1. Master’s degree.
- 2._ _Board Certified Behavior Analyst _(BCBA) with the _Behavior Analyst Certification Board_ (BACB) for 1 year.
3. 8-hours of additional supervision training as per the BACB standards.
**Experience Needed**:
1. 1+ years working with client with complex needs within Child and Youth Services.
2. 1+ years supervising and/or managing staff.
**Assets**:
1. Specialized Training in Trauma Informed Care and Crisis Response.
2. Additional training in clinical supervision.

**Salary**: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
