**Qualifications**
- **Must be a resident of Calgary or surrounding areas**:

- Must have reliable transportation
- Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certificate Level 1, 2 or 3
- Minimum of Standard First Aid CPR-C (or willing to obtain)
- Clear Police Check with Vulnerable Sector (or willing to obtain)
- 30 hours per week, split shift required

- is open to learning new skills such as incorporating iSTEAM aspects into their daily childcare practices

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a safe environment for children and staff.
- Supervise and evaluate staff and program to ensure compliance to Coded Minds Canada standards and Regulatory standards.
- Supervise children to ensure their health and safety.
- Provide children with educational and recreational activities appropriate for their age level as per Coded Minds Canada philosophies (emergent curriculum, iSTEAM, and Growth Mindset)
- Ensure that all areas of the facility are maintained in a sanitary and orderly manner.
- Attend workshops and professional development seminars to maintain professional competence in the industry.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 30 per week
