We are looking to begin offering grooming services at our currently operating doggy daycare With many clients asking for services as well as calls from others in the community, we are eager to get working with a Pet Groomer to be able to offer these services. Hours may fluctuate in the beginning as we establish a consistent schedule & client base for grooming.

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Pet Groomer and indulge your creativity and love for animals in a professional setting. We are seeking a dedicated individual to help launch our grooming services for our clients and surrounding community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets
- Handle pets with care and ensure their safety and comfort throughout the grooming process
- Communicate with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area
- Monitor pet health during grooming and report any concerns to the appropriate staff

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Pet Groomer
- Knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming requirements
- Ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with pet owners
- Certification in pet grooming is a plus

*PLEASE NOTE: We are located outside of Winnipeg, roughly 10 minutes North of the perimeter. There is no bus service, so reliable transportation is essential*

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
