Are you a dynamic individual passionate about the culinary world and have excellent customer service skills? Join our team as a _**Hybrid Cook and Server**_ and embark on a fulfilling career where you can showcase your talents in both the kitchen and the front of the house.

As a Hybrid staff member, you'll play a pivotal role in our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the kitchen with food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to our high standards and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to step into server duties when needed, providing friendly service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure timely food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with various food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and marinating meats
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Utilize serving skills to provide friendly and efficient service to customers
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as required

Experience and Qualifications:

- Must have Smart Serve Certificate
- Food Handler/Food Safety Certificate is an asset
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
- Familiarity with fried foods and deep fryer equipment operation/maintenance is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:
