**Triple J Contracting Inc. is a facility maintenance provider throughout the G.T.A. We offer many services including property maintenance, snow removal, janitorial, electrical, construction, consulting, and much more. We are looking for a motivated individual who requires mínimal supervision and someone who can maintain properties with efficiency.**

To carry out a regular litter collection Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

Empty litter bins on the grounds and relining with bags. Spot sweeping the parking lots and along the curb lines.

Must have a functioning phone with camera access. Photos must be taken of sites.

All litter collected must be removed. Onsite bins are available at some sites.

To report any graffiti, vandalism and site deficiencies.

To carry out any other tasks that may be required by the Groundsman.

**Qualifications**:
Must have a valid G license and provide a clean abstract.

Custodial or Janitorial experience preferred.

Ability to work with mínimal supervision and enjoy morning and outdoor work.

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
