**Responsibilities**:

- Book appointments with clients for property viewings, consultations, and other meetings.
- Learn and master scripts for effective communication with clients and prospects.
- Follow up promptly and consistently with all leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
- Attend all team meetings as required to stay updated on market trends, team goals, and strategies.
- Place confirmation calls to clients for all scheduled appointments the following day.
- Enter a synopsis of all client communication into the client file immediately after it occurs.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to ensure successful acquisition and contact of leads.
- Submit activity logs to the Team Leader on a weekly basis.
- Set and review monthly and yearly business and personal goals on a regular basis.
- Maintain a valid real estate license and stay compliant with all regulatory requirements.
- Sign up buyers to contracts and guide them through the process.
- Effectively negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Learn and master buyer presentations and market reviews.
- Develop expert knowledge of mortgage financing, local schools, neighborhoods, and homeownership.
- Accompany buyer clients on property showings and provide insightful guidance.
- Provide a high level of service and manage an efficient home search process for clients.
- Enter a synopsis of all client communication into the client file within 24 hours.
- Adhere to the team dress code to maintain a professional appearance.
- Track calls, contacts, leads, appointments, offers, deals, and prospecting hours on weekly trackers.
- Submit ad trackers to the Manager every week.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly and hand it to the Listings Coordinator.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
- Valid real estate license in Ontario.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of the Sarnia-Lambton real estate market and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
