Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Biology 200 instructor to join our team. This position involves teaching undergraduate students in the field of biology.

**Duties**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lectures on Biology 200 topics
- Create and administer assessments to evaluate students' understanding
- Provide guidance and support to students through office hours and online communication
- Design laboratory experiments and activities to enhance learning
- Stay updated on current trends and advancements in the field of biology

Qualifications:

- Master's or Ph.D. in Biology or related field
- Previous teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex biological concepts in an understandable manner
- Proficient in using educational technology for instruction

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience with online teaching platforms
- Research background in a specialized area of biology
- Familiarity with active learning techniques
