**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the daily operations run smoothly.
- Schedule and coordinate treatments for aestheticians.
- Direct spa activities and ensure that all staff members are trained and working to perform their duties.
- Interact with clients and oversee them throughout the duration of spa treatments.
- Make sure patients are receiving quality care from the service providers at all times.
- Upsell services as necessary.
- Take payments for services rendered.
- Maintain a tidy and organized working environment.

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- spa coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
