Lead Carpenter

Job Duties:

- Assigning and explaining tasks to the project team.
- Supervising the company’s field carpenters, unskilled and semi-skilled workers, and support in supervising the subcontractors.
- Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.
- Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the project team.

- Red Seal Carpenter
- 5+ Years of Experience
- Self-motivated
- Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- Ability to read drawings
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong leadership skills

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mount Currie, BC (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mount Currie, BC: Relocate before starting work (required)
