**eCOMMERCE ANALYST Masco Canada **(Hybrid with base of Mississauga or St Thomas ON office)

Reporting to the Sr Manager of eCommerce, you will join a rapidly growing and developing team. As an eCommerce Analyst, you will work closely with internal partners to maximize revenue and share growth and manage our brand protection program (MAP).

We are looking for a team player with strong business acumen, innovative ideas, excellent communication skills, and a drive to win.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Bachelor/master’s degree in business, economics or related discipline
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills with the capacity to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of eCommerce principles and practices
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Cognos Analytics, including the ability to create queries and extract relevant data sets for analysis, is an asset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for fostering effective collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel to our offices as required (Mississauga/St Thomas ON)
- Proven track record of delivering significant results
- Outstanding leadership skills, exemplifying best practices
- Demonstrated interest in advancing one’s career with Masco Canada and/or Masco Corporation

**What You’ll Do**:

- Minimum Advertised Price (Map) Compliance and Reporting
- Utilize MAP protection third-party software to monitor online marketplaces and retailers, ensuring adherence to MAP agreements
- Collaborate with partners to address violations and resolve issues
- Sales Analytics and insights
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data, including revenue, promotional performance, and inventory availability
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales, profitability, and improve the overall consumer path to purchase
- Sales Support and Analytics
- Assist the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and administration for seamless operation
- Collaborate with sales, marketing agencies, and product management to develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and upselling opportunities
- Product Content Management and Optimization
- Create and maintain engaging product descriptions, images, videos, and multimedia assets on eCommerce platforms
- Ensure accuracy and optimization of product content for improved search visibility and conversion rates
