Job Title: Lead Processor

Qualifications:

- Leadership abilities
- Edible bean processing experience required
- Ability to Grade soybeans and edible beans
- Mechanically Inclined
- Elevator experience
- Forklift experience
- Team Player
- Good Communication Skills
- Comfortable lifting up to 45 kg
- Physically able to work in both hot and cold environments, both indoors and outdoors
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to adapt to changes as daily demands dictate

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain processing equipment
- Direct co-workers to complete required tasks
- Transfer product in and safe and efficient manner
- Maintains quality of the finished product as per customer specifications
- Load finished product as per customer specifications
- Bagging of product
- Willing to work extended shifts as demand requires
