Liveoe, located in Repentigny, is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Keep the work environment clean
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintain property areas and systems
- Maintain the garden
- Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
- Show apartments to prospective tenants and collect the rents of existing tenants
- Wash windows at main and secondary entrances

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
