Calgary, Canada Refined Formwork Full time

Refined Group of Companies specializes in concrete formwork placement. With a focus on single family, duplex and townhome projects in the greater Calgary area. We are seeking skilled and experienced individuals to join our growing team who can showcase their carpentry skills with Refined Group of Companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with a team to create strong foundations for the homes we construct
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Expertise in erecting and dismantling concrete forming systems for residential construction
- Play a crucial role in the safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding, ensuring the safety of our team and site personnel
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks according to project specifications
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Bring at least 1 year of experience in cribbing/formwork carpentry, demonstrating your familiarity with industry practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor
- Strong proficiency in reading schematics and construction drawings, ensuring accurate execution of construction plans.
- Show proficiency in using a wide range of specialized power tools, machines, and hand tools, proving your mastery of the trade.
- Thrive as a team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues and prioritizing safety at all times.
- Possess personal hand tools and a skill saw, reflecting your commitment to your craft.
- Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus
- Willing to put in extra hours to meet deadlines
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle, as transit may not always be reliable.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
