Upper Madison College is seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team as an IELTS Instructor. You will have the opportunity to educate and inspire students in a classroom setting as well as prepare students to successfully pass their IELTS exam. **Duties**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and the IELTS exam requirements.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Provide instruction and guidance to students in all four language skills
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Utilize different teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the learning experience
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assignments

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom of students
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of educational technology and resources is a plus

**Salary**: From $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 23.8 per week
