We are looking for a **Water Resources EIT** to join our Sustainability, Water Resources Team. You’ll work across a variety of interesting and challenging projects. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent technical and interpersonal skills to work with our talented team in delivering outstanding service to our clients.

**About the role**

In your role, you will have the opportunity to take on a wide variety of tasks and support our technical experts with some of the following:
- Hydrology
- Hydraulics assessments
- Flood mapping studies
- Stormwater management projects
- Mine water management
- Surface water / groundwater interactions
- Assisting with proposals and other business development opportunities on the Water Resources Team
- Collect and analyze field data, including stream gauging and water quality sampling.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate results to clients and stakeholders.

**About you**:

- Ideally 1-4 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to projects across mining, transportation and/or water management
- Registered as an Engineer in Training (E.I.T)
- Degree in Water Resources, Civil, Environmental or Hydrotechnical Engineering
- Exposure to numerical modeling, such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, GoldSim, and PCSWMM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report and proposal writing.
- Willingness to manage projects to ensure a successful delivery on time and on budget
- Strong people skills with an ability to work in a team environment
