Hamilton, Canada Done Right Pest and Wildlife Control Full time

**Overview**

Our area of service typically consists of Niagara to Oakville with operations based out of Hamilton. We are looking for an experienced exterminator that is comfortable flexing hours as needed to do occasional evening or weekend work. We would provide a paid company phone and vehicle and paid vacation time.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Valid Structural Pest Control License**:

- **3+ years of verifiable field experience** in pest control
- **Valid driver's license and clean driving record.**:

- Experience working with wildlife is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of pest identification and control methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment options.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend services to enhance their pest management efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and customer interactions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and safety protocols through ongoing training.

- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough inspections and accurate record-keeping.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
