**Position Title**: In Force Policy Administrator

**Reports To**: Supervisor, Individual Life Administration

**Department**: Individual

**Term**: Temporary Full-Time - 18 Month Contract

**Work Arrangements**: We are currently working remotely, and we will be moving to a hybrid model when our office renovation is complete (approximately September 2023), coming into the office a minimum of 2 days per week, every other week on designated days.

**What you will be doing**:

- Verify that all pertinent information and requirements have been met prior to completing requests
- Update and maintain individual life insurance policies including but not limited to the following: bank account updates, policy loans, dividend & cash withdrawals, inquiries relating to policy values, fund transfers and fund reallocations, terminations, and name, beneficiary & ownership changes
- Continually assess for potential process improvements & make recommendations for efficiencies
- Responding to inquiries from policyholders & advisors while presenting a positive Company image
- Provide outstanding service to both internal and external clients

- Demonstrated critical thinking abilities
- Superior written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of life insurance products and/or LOMA designations are an asset
- French language skills are an asset; specifically, an ability to read and provide written correspondence in French
