**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional barbering services including haircuts, and beard trims tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on styles and grooming products.
- Promote retail sales of hair care products and tools, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance client experience.
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to provide clients with modern options.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the grooming industry is preferred.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques and knowledge of various hair types.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $25.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
