We pride ourselves on working together to achieve improvements in our care and service and we are looking to welcome an experienced Customer Service Representative to our team.

Our current CSR team is energetic, understanding and organized. They continually prioritize calls and clients, take time to understand the needs of our clients and work alongside the RVTs, DVMs and vet assistants to make sure everyone has what they need by the end of the day.

Teamwork is our superpower Seasoned CSRs also act as Patient Representatives on a daily or weekly basis, assisting the vets in the exam rooms, taking detailed medical notes and preparing medications for the patients we’re taking care of. The day flies by and we go home on time

**This is not an entry level position, as we are looking for a CSR with at least 3 years experience working in a veterinary hospital setting. Knowledge of Avimark is an asset. Technicians who are ready to come off the treatment floor are welcome to apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
