Experienced Painter

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces by scraping, wire brushing, or sanding to a smooth finish
- Read and interpret schematics to determine the layout of a painting project
- Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment such as brushes, spray guns, ladders, and rigging devices
- Use power tools to prepare surfaces for painting such as sanders or power washers
- Work closely with carpenters to repair or replace damaged drywall before painting

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in residential, commercial, and industrial painting
- Proficiency in drywall repair techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
