Resin Histotechnologist

**Major Responsibilities**
- Resin processing, sectioning and Cut and grind sections
- Assisting in basic histological methods such as tissue grossing, processing, and special stains
- Developing staining techniques for resin sections embedded tissues
- Other research and general lab duties will be performed as required

Emphasis will be placed on the maintenance of neat, accurate and precise documentation of all work performed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in resin processing, resin sectioning and cut-grind technique is required
- Effective oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Computer and excellent record-keeping skills are required
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
