**Responsibilities**:

- Support and takes direction / instructions from foreman / supervisor and carry out on site tasks, such as:

- Complete knowledge of forming, placing and finishing concrete walls and slabs;
- Previous experience managing a team in a Foreman role;
- Ensure safety is a top priority and adheres to and follow all rules and regulations
- Ability to work overtime and travel
- Oversee on-site construction activities daily as assigned by the Site Superintendent
- Maintain production schedules and communicate progress
- Ensure that the project is being constructed in compliance with the design and building code requirements;
- Ensure that workmanship and products supplied meets with Duron's quality standards and industry standards;

**Qualifications**:

- Valid G Driver’s License
- Accessible Transportation Required
