Founded in 1982, Enseicom has over 75 employees and is considered one of the most influential manufacturers of electric signs, billboard structures and street level furniture in North America. Staffed with a full in-house graphic and technical design team overseen by Civil and Structural Engineers, we are constantly designing, redesigning and developing products with superior durability and serviceability, all the while maintaining state of the art designs. Due to our continued growth, Enseicom is looking to hire a Painter with experience and also less experience (Junior) for our factory located in Lachine, fifteen minutes from downtown Montreal.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Painter will be responsible for painting and finishing the parts that constitute our customers' personalized projects, according to an established formula and plan and using a spray gun. The Painter position is offered on a daytime work schedule, from 7:30 am to 16:00 pm and 15h00 to 11h30 with the possibility of overtime.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Select appropriate paint or mix paints using automated paint mixing equipment according to pre-determined formula,
- Operate hand-held spray guns to spray paint parts (liquid paint),
- Clean and maintain painting and coating, ventilation, compressed air and personal protective equipment,
- All other related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from Secondary Studies (DES),
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Painter.

SKILLS
- Perform tasks in a speedy manner,
- Be versatile, independent and resourceful,
- Have interpersonal skills and a positive attitude,
- Have a good capacity to manage stress and work under pressure,
- Have thoroughness and manual dexterity,
- Be able to repeatedly lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).

En raison de notre croissance continue, Enseicom est à la recherche d’un Peintre avec expérience et aussi avec moins d'expérience (Junior) pour notre usine située à Lachine, à quinze minutes du centre-ville de Montréal.

SOMMAIRE DU POSTE

Le Peintre sera responsable d’assurer la peinture et la finition des pièces qui constituent les projets personnalisés de nos clients, selon une formule et un plan établi et à l’aide d’un pistolet à main. Le poste de Peintre est offert sur un horaire de travail de jour, soit de 7h30 à 16h00 et de 15h00 a 23h30 avec la possibilité d’effectuer du temps supplémentaire.

RESPONSABILITÉS
- Préparer la peinture à l’aide d’un mélangeur à peinture automatique selon une formule préétablie;
- Peinturer les pièces à l’aide d’un pistolet à main (peinture liquide);
- Être en mesure de peinturer des pièces à grande surface;
- Faire des retouches au besoin;
- Nettoyer et entretenir le matériel de peinture;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diplôme d’études secondaires général complété (DES);
- Avoir au moins 2 années d’expérience en tant que Peintre**.**

- Faire preuve de polyvalence, d’autonomie et de débrouillardise;
- Avoir une bonne rapidité d’exécution;
- Posséder une bonne capacité à gérer son stress et de travailler sous pression;
- Faire preuve de minutie et de dextérité manuelle;
- Avoir des habiletés interpersonnelles et une attitude positive;
- Avoir la capacité de soulever des charges lourdes (jusqu’à 50 lbs.
